Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues related to delivery or product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and support to clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
