Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues related to delivery or product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and support to clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
