A leading name in the Crypto Payments market is seeking to bring in an experienced General Counsel to support the team's high growth.

The Role


With a focus on developing and implementing a regulatory compliance framework, you will lead a strategic unit for the organisation.


  • Act as a GC for the UK, EU and US and across all growth regions
  • Manage relationships with regulators and other governmental and industry body stakeholders
  • Lead and further build the legal function-related frameworks, practices, policies and procedures.
  • Manage all legal risk



The Candidate


This position is seeking experience in leading a Legal function within Crypto payments or financial services


  • In-depth knowledge of UK and EU financial regulations and legal requirements
  • Track of success managing regulatory relationships & licencing processes
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide practical solutions to mitigate compliance risk
  • Leadership abilities, managing cross-functional teams
