My Product Path are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams for an industry-leading B2B2C Travel company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving customer problems, and are looking to take the next step in your product management career, this opportunity could be for you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy, aligning with both business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that drives growth and enhances the user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between the product strategy and key stakeholders across the business.


What We're Looking For:

  • 6-10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Experience working across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch optimization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in travel, benefits, or loyalty industries is a plus.
