People Operations Talent Partner

£65,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

London (Hybrid 3 days office based)

About the Role

We a recruiting for a dynamic People Operations Talent Partner to lead hiring efforts, manage key projects and deliver exceptional talent management solutions. This hybrid role focuses on optimising hiring processes, enhancing the employee experience, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will drive recruitment, workforce planning, and process improvements in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on a variety of people topics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align people strategies accordingly.
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent globally.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent strategies to attract and retain high performing candidates.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Workforce & Succession Planning
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop robust succession plans.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Manage the annual engagement survey.
  • Benchmarking & Industry Insights
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and stay informed on market trends to ensure competitive compensation and talent practices.
  • Reporting & KPIs
  • Track and analyse recruitment and people operations metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Process Optimisation
  • Improve recruitment and employee lifecycle processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Team Support
  • Provide coverage for People Operations tasks, including payroll, on-boarding etc when required.
  • Key Projects
  • Career Development Framework: Collaborate with the Director of People to develop and implement a structured framework.
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Lead an organisation-wide compensation benchmarking initiative to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Culture & D&I: Develop a framework to align the office experience globally, strengthen organisational culture, and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Global alignment of policies and processes: Collaborate with the People Operations Advisor to align UK policies and processes globally across offices, tailoring as needed to meet local requirements

Qualifications: Degree

Core Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven high-quality customer service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track, interpret, and present metrics effectively.
  • Expertise in process improvement and optimisation, particularly in recruitment and talent workflows.
  • Experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS.
  • Experience running employee engagement surveys, including setup, analysis, and action planning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset.
