The Role

We are seeking an artistic Head of Interior Design who understands customers' visions and brings them to life. You will create sophisticated, functional spaces that exceed customer expectations, allowing you to showcase your high-end interior designing flair, keen eye for detail and design passion.

Leading by example, you will mentor and develop your team while nurturing strong client relationships. 

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

Project Management

o  Leadership : encourage high standards of creativity and execution from your team

o  Mentoring : foster a culture of learning and development, providing guidance and feedback

o  Innovation : presenting creative ideas to implement cutting-edge solutions

o  Lead and manage : high-end interior design projects from concept to completion

o  Collaborate : liaise with cross-functional teams : architects, contractors, stakeholders and customers ensuring clear

communication, project integration and execution

o  Develop and maintain : project timelines, budgets, and schedules

o  Analyse & Optimise : use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements

Design Development

o  Create innovative, aesthetically pleasing designs that align with client briefs

o  Produce detailed design plans : mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, material selections

o  Specify furniture, fixtures, fittings, and finishes that enhance the overall design concept

Customer Interaction

o  Conduct customer consultations to understand and prioritise needs, preferences and lifestyle, resulting in

delivering exceptional customer focus that exceeds expectations

o  Present design concepts and proposals, incorporating customer feedback

o  Ensure tailored customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout

Technical Skills

o  Prepare and review technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documents

o  Collaborate as relevant to oversee the installation and execution of design elements

o  Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Trend Awareness

o  Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and innovations in interior design

o  Incorporate contemporary, timeless design elements to create unique and enduring spaces

What We Are Looking For

· 10+ years' experience at senior level interior designing

· Proficiency in relevant software : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

· Exceptional communication, Customer Service skills and strong analytical abilities

· Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential

· Attributes: proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, passion for creating exceptional interior design

· Creative Vision : strong portfolio showcasing innovative and aesthetically striking designs in various styles and

settings (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
