Senior Architectural Technologist (Fully Remote Contract)

We are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with 5+ years of experience for a fully remote contract position with a leading architectural practice based in the North East of England. This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and running your own projects, ensuring the successful delivery of schemes.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients, particularly within the education and retail sectors, as well as other sectors.
  • Using Revit proficiently for the development of detailed technical drawings and plans.
  • Overseeing the development of design solutions and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio showcasing job-running experience.
  • Experience in the education and retail sectors is preferred.
  • Revit proficiency is essential.
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
