An exciting opportunity for an experienced Workplace Device Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting priority projects within a leading consumer organisation. This newly created role focuses on testing and managing handheld devices, printers, and related technologies, with an immediate emphasis on onboarding new devices and ensuring their integration into existing systems.


The Workplace Device Engineer will work on a range of tasks, including the management, configuration, and testing of handheld / mobile devices, as well as supporting voice technologies and printer solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with solid experience in MDM solutions and endpoint management, able to hit the ground running and contribute to the success of ongoing projects.


The successful Workplace Device Engineer will collaborate with the distributed team to ensure device functionality, reliability, and successful onboarding of new devices.


Workplace Device Engineer – Key Requirements:


  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), endpoint management, and workplace technologies.
  • Solid testing and configuration experience with handheld devices and printers.
  • Familiarity with Workspace One or other similar tooling
  • Proven ability to manage overlapping projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt and contribute.
  • Experience onboarding new devices and configuring them in a corporate environment.
