Signature Career Management have partnered up with a snacking company who has a portfolio of own-label and licenced brands. They are looking for a Product / Brand Manager with traditional brand planning experience to hit the ground running, taking sole ownership of some of the largest products within their portfolio. You will be part of a large marketing team, being the first POC with agencies, retailers and wider teams for your products and will be given the opportunity to meet key stakeholders nationwide


So what does this role look like?

  • Understanding of End to End Product Management taking NPD to market
  • Annual Brand Planning working with the wider marketing team to develop and execute
  • Agency management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams presenting your brands and ideas


The right candidate will:

  • Have experience working in FMCG (min 2 years)
  • Have experience traditional brand planning, liaising with internal and external agencies to execute
  • Understand the importance of channel and customer development
  • Have an understanding of the innovation pipeline and understanding NPD processes
  • Have an understanding of a data-led approach, identifying gaps in the market
  • Have an understanding of competitor analysis
  • Have an understanding of NPD planning, implementation, and delivery process.
  • Have strong presentation skills, experience presenting to internal and external key stakeholders, communicating efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to travel around the country (Max 1 day a week) to retailers or licence holders as well as manufacturing sites
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced target driven environment
  • Have experience collaborating with a variety of teams
