In this role you will…


  1. Account Management and development of a portfolio of retail customers- you will be supporting a Senior National Account Manager so the growth will depend on you- retail will be the focus
  2. JBP development, negotiation with new retail customers
  3. P&L responsibilities, including commercial and financial analysis
  4. Collaboration with the marketing team on brand, POS, in store activation and category analysis.
  5. SKU level forecasting


What are we looking for in the successful candidate?


  1. Ideally 4 years’ experience within FMCG.
  2. Some experience managing Grocery MULT’s and driving new listings/ account growth.
  3. Commercially astute and enjoys joining dots and thinking differently.
  4. Ability to implement process and systems.
  5. Ability to analyse data, good with numbers and utilise for decision making.
  6. Passion for selling and confidence in negotiating and influencing with buyers.
  7. A desire to develop you career and a brand in the fast-paced, ever-growing snack industry.
