First promotion should be within 6 months seeing a base salary increase

On Target Earnings (OTE) on top of your base salary

Year 1 - £45K

Responsibilities as an Associate

• Job Posting

• CV Screening

• Candidate Sourcing

• Conducting Interviews

• Coordinating Recruitment Activities

• Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems

• Communicating with Candidates

• Reference Checks

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Onboarding Support



It's important to note that you are not expected to be an expert stepping into the role.

You will receive world class training and guidance from the team to enable you to be successful.

As a business that has been there and done it time and time again with graduates, the team is built on the success of its junior consultants to move though the business into senior positions and so huge budget/resource is invested in new starters.
