Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business functions, third parties, and other stakeholders to gather requirements for business changes.
  • Convert and refine these requirements into high-quality functional design specifications, facilitating the development, documentation, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and improve the company’s websites and web-based applications.
  • Manage and maintain SQL Databases.
  • Facilitate the integration of external systems.
  • Provide support for the legacy ERP/CRM system.
  • Create and manage change documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business to become the primary contact for process and system inquiries.
  • Assist the business by resolving ServiceDesk tickets


Skills & Experience

  • Experienced Full-Stack Software Developer.
  • Experience of PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Shell scripting.
  • Experience of Bubble.io development platform.
  • Database programming (MySQL, Oracle SQL, SQL Server).
  • Experience of Web design, Web Services, Apache, Web Security, SEO & LDAP.
  • Working knowledge of the Linux Operating System.
  • Understanding of Active Directory.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking.
  • Understanding of Virtualisation - Hyper-V.
  • Understanding of MS Power Apps.
  • Experience of working in an agile project driven environment is a plus.
  • Experience of working within an ITIL framework.
