Full-time, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

Basic Salary up to £65k with bonus opportunity up to £30k dependent on experience

The Role


As Head of Aftersales, you will represent Constellation and Marshall for BMW, MINI, and Motorrad across 5 locations. You will be expected to travel to our BMW, MINI, and Motorrad Stores across the UK. Ideally, you will live a commutable distance to one of the stores located at Bournemouth, Grimsby, Hampshire, Salisbury or Scunthorpe due to the extensive travel required for this position.


This is an extremely rare opportunity to represent some of the leading brands in the automotive industry. Reporting to the BMW, MINI, and Motorrad Franchise Director, you will be required to be hands-on, leading, coaching, and driving performance while ensuring our goal of customer service excellence remains the number one priority.


Why Would This Role Suit Me?


We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate a history of delivering business growth within Aftersales departments or businesses , through strong leadership and motivational skills, as well as an ability to solve problems and develop collaborative and innovative ideas to maximise the potential of the Aftersales Departments across the Division. Service Department experience is a pre-requisite however an in depth knowledge of Parts and Bodyshop is also essential and will form a large part of the day to day responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


- Lead and manage the Aftersales operations across 5 locations

- Drive performance and customer service excellence

- Coach and mentor the Service, Parts and Bodyshop Teams

- Implement innovative strategies to boost turnover and net profit growth

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

- Drive KPI’s and Scorecard Performance

- Increase customer retention

- Drive and improve VHC performance


Required Qualifications and Experience


- Proven track record in a Senior Aftersales Role within the automotive industry

- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Multi-site and remote management experience

- In-depth Parts and Bodyshop understanding

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Strong manufacturer relationships
