Our London team are currently looking to expand as we look to further grow our presence within the EU markets, where we specialise with recruiting in the European IT and engineering markets. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join the team, where you will be trained up from scratch to become a specialist recruiter in your market, no experience required

What is on offer?


  • Huge earning potential: industry leading, unrivalled, and uncapped commission structure produces OTEs of 35K-40K in year 1, 50-60K in year 2 and 100K+ in year 3 onwards (£26,500 base)

The role itself:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with European clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Focus on winning new business and developing your own existing accounts to expand your client base.
  • Identify and attract top talent with relevant experience and skillset through targeted channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
