The Role:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations department, ensuring streamlined processes, financial efficiency, and high team performance. You will be a key decision-maker in driving operational excellence, enhancing staff development, and maintaining the highest levels of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage and support teams of tradespeople and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Design and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project timelines, control costs, and allocate resources to ensure smooth, on-budget delivery.
- Foster strong connections with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide senior management with regular performance insights and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
