What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing the content migration and production for the website revamp.
- Utilising user research to improve how audiences interact with their services and content.
- Collaborating with Content and Design teams, and others to shape user-friendly content.
- Using data to plan content updates that meet project and organisational goals.
- Managing the creation, adaptation, and transfer of content for the new website.
- Managing the setup of KPIs and using feedback to evaluate performance post-launch.
- Upskilling colleagues in digital tools and processes.
- Managing communications with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
💸 Salary: Up to £45,000 pa
🏡 WFH policy: 8 days per month in their London office (although they can be very flexible on this)
💬 Interview process: 1-2 stages (happy to move quickly)
If this sounds like a role you’d be interested in, then apply with your most recent CV - if it looks like you could be a strong match, we’ll be in touch to schedule a further chat.
