HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

We are currently recruiting a dedicated HGV Class 2 HIAB driver who is looking for full-time employment with excellent benefits, *including 20% uncapped in-branch profit share*, in return for steady work in the Lydney area. Often loads being fork lifted off on delivery.

Category C HIAB Driver required starting immediately in the Lydney area for temp to perm full-time work. Monday to Friday doing builder’s merchant delivery. Start time each day will be 07:00hrs. Duties will involve working for a builder’s merchant in the local area. You will be expected to complete anything from 4 to 8 deliveries per day, all while operating the crane in a professional and safe manner. You will be expected to be able to work from your own initiative and be able to secure loads safely.

THE REQUIREMENTS
* You must hold a full UK Category C Licence.
* Experience driving HGV Class 2.
* Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Hold a valid HIAB ticket.
* Knowledge of load security using ratchet straps and other methods.
* Good knowledge of the local area.
* Clean and professional at all times.
* Good written and spoken communication skills.
* The ability to handball off large and heavy items if required.

THE PAY

PAYE
* £29,850 Per Annum
* Minimum 9 hours paid per day.
* Up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.
* Pension contributions after 12 weeks probation period.
* 20% uncapped in-branch profit sharing after a qualifying probationary period.
