Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering exclusively with its client, based in Edinburgh city centre, that is recruiting for a Project Support Officer to work on a Finance Systems implementation project for a period of 15 months.

Job

The role of Project Support Officer will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Assisting with and maintaining project plans, schedules and documentation
  • Maintain project risk and issue logs
  • Development and delivery of business case work streams
  • Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Monitoring project spend and contributing to budget compilation
  • Maintaining accurate project records and providing administrative support
  • Assisting in the monitoring of Benefits and Key Performance Indicators
  • Preparing presentation materials and assisting with quality control

You

As a Project Support Officer you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Experience in a project support or coordination role
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of compliance and audit processes
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a Finance systems implementation project (preferred)
