Assistant Head Sommelier Benefits:


£18.69 per hour + annual club bonus.

40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

Closed for Christmas & New Year every year.

Working within a stable and supportive senior team.

Located five-minute walk from Green Park Station

Earliest start 8am

Latest finish 11:30pm

Meals and uniform provided whilst on duty.

Assistant Head Sommelier Requirements:


They are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier with a pedigree in working at five-star luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.

A passionate Assistant Head Sommelier is needed who can curate wine lists, train staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests.

The ideal candidate should have a stable employment history and preferably hold a Level 3 WSET qualification.
