Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Insurance Broker to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry, with a company that values personal growth and professional development. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be fully supported as you work towards obtaining your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, with sponsorship and financial backing provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Support senior brokers in placing and renewing insurance policies, including liaising with underwriters and clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify the best insurance products and options for clients.
- Develop an understanding of the insurance market, products, and regulatory environment.
- Attend client meetings, preparing presentations and documentation as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.

Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline, although a business or finance-related degree is advantageous.
