We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a solid background in construction to manage and oversee our diverse portfolio of projects. We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead a variety of construction projects from concept to completion. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and attentional details. - manage supply change

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work programmes.
  • Coordinate with clients, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, optimising resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the commercial team, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within contractual terms
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with design specifications.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry (minimum 5 years).
  • Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent level qualification within the industry
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts, and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing teams, including contractors and subcontractors, with excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and general IT skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Full driving licence.
