Our client is a much loved retailer who are growing quickly. They are embarking on a period of transformation and adding some serious talent to their team.
They are looking for a Senior Data and Insight Manager to sit in their ecommerce department, to focus on using data to drive growth across customer, product and marketing.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The role
- Develop and maintain internal reporting across multiple functions
- Management of a newly created inhouse analytics team
- Overhaul existing reporting (excel) into Power BI
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance and IT, gathering requirements for them and producing appropriate reports
- Take ownership of the Power BI reporting structure to enable access across reporting for internal departments
- Integrate 3rd party data work alongside owned data
- Take data from various sources (Big Query, GA, Internal Data Warehouse etc) and translate into usable dashboards
- Take ownership of GA reporting and ensure GA is configured to track required metrics
- Improve marketing analytics – data modeling, attribution and insight development
The person
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Google Analytics and Big Query.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with little red tape
- Experience managing multiple large data sets at once
- Ambitious, organised and driven
