Responsibilities:


  • Leverage OEM power supply market knowledge to offer technical expertise for EV charging applications.
  • Support customers in technical sales and help identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Act as a customer advocate, communicating needs and concerns to executive management.
  • Train field sales teams, including reps and distributors.
  • Work with product management to shape product roadmaps, present them to customers, and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Develop technical requirements for new products, guide R&D, prepare documentation, and support customers.
  • Understand customer applications to identify new product features and performance requirement.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solving technical issues and providing high-level customer support and value through technical expertise in battery charging, system integration, power systems and control systems.
  • Basic power electronics knowledge for both design and manufacturing including AC / DC and DC / DC topologies, standard approaches used in analog and power supply circuit design
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 40% of the time during a typical workweek.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Experience with CRM tools SalesForce.com
  • Experience in offering system level solutions (Cabinets, Shelfs, Rectifiers and Controllers)
  • Experience working with customers on embedded applications and in vehicle charging industry
