Lignum is a dynamic and innovative recruitment company dedicated to searching for and selecting professionals across the building space. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme with the opportunity to continue into a full time career in Recruitment once completed.

Responsibilities

  • Use external databases and information sources to gather publically available client and candidate information and input into our CRM system.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Use contact methods and automation to cleanse current data, ensuring the information is as up-to-date as possible.
  • Write and post-effective adverts.
  • Match candidates to job specifications.
  • Pre-qualify candidates.
  • Secure right to represent.
  • Prepare candidate packs.
  • Prepare candidates for stages of the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with the hiring manager regarding interviews etc.
  • Debrief candidates at key stages.
  • Liaise with the candidate regarding package and new starter onboarding details.
  • Create specific data sets using appropriate tagging systems.
  • Build distribution lists specific to business needs, such as position, industry or turnover.
  • Manage vacancy workflow through Bullhorn.
  • Work collaboratively with business development functions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English or level 2 in functional skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Sales-driven and results focussed
  • Motivated, Proactive and resilient
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
