The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key leadership position and play a pivotal role in driving business development, managing client accounts, and developing internal solutions within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our key sectors (construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, and energy), driving growth and expanding our client base.
  • Client Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Internal Solutions Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment solutions and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to scale and improve our services.
  • Profit Share: As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to share in the success of the division through a profit-sharing scheme.

About You:

  • Experience: You will have a proven background in recruitment, ideally within the construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
  • Leadership: You will possess strong leadership skills with experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Solutions-Oriented: You'll be someone who thrives in developing tailored solutions to meet client needs while improving internal processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
