Are you a seasoned NPD manager with a passion for aromatherapy and sustainability? Aromatherapy Associates are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team on a 6-month contract. We need someone with proven expertise in new product development, including sourcing multiple packaging components.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging sourcing: expertly source all types of packaging components, including bottles, jars, pumps, lids, etc.
Glass bottle development: create detailed brief for glass manufacturers and oversee the creation of bespoke glass bottles.
Material advice: navigate the complexities of various packaging materials, balancing design aesthetics with sustainability considerations.
Suppliers & manufacturer liaising: liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure all packaging components are fit for purpose and compatible with our filling processes.
📅 Contract Duration: 6 months
📍 Location: 2-3 days in the office, Brentford
