Job Overview

Our client is a successful firm of Chartered Surveyors, specialising in commercial property. The practice is an independently owned partnership, established in 1989. Operating from a single office in central Kent, the business focuses on Industrial/ Warehouse and Office business space in the M2 and M20 corridors in Kent and southeast London.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with in excess of three years experience in commercial property management. Proficiency in; Valuation, Landlord & Tenant and Estate Agency will also be a benefit, but not essential.

The primary assignment will be to manage a south-east focused, multi-sector, commercial property portfolio on behalf of a retained family office client, reporting directly to the board. The role will be supported by the account management and administration team.
