The studio has reached global acclaim for it's trend setting residential, leisure and hospitality projects, and is currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer with technical prowess in high end residential projects to collaborate in crafting bold designs and mentor junior members of the team. If successful you will be working closely with the studio lead, focusing on rationalising initial design iterations in to technical deliverability for high profile projects. You will also be working in thoughtfully designed offices with a studio that puts an emphasis on cultivating design excellence, offers flexible working and little to no over time, and a social and collaborative team as standard.


Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Studio Lead to develop initial design iterations in to technical deliverability .
  • Lead design research, including mood image sourcing and site-specific information gathering
  • Establish and research materials for projects, ensuring sample availability while suggesting appropriate materials and finishes based on supplier knowledge.
  • Develop detailed design concepts and presentations with Associates, ensuring high accuracy in documentation.
  • Drive project design programs from concept to completion.
  • Mentor junior team members and support overall team wellbeing and productivity.
  • Work with the Communication Team to maintain brand guidelines and develop client presentation materials.
  • Oversee studio administration tasks and ensure proper project filing and documentation standards.


Key skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working at technical stage on ultra high end residential projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK industry regulations, materials, detailing, furniture and construction.
  • AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and free-hand sketching abilities appreciated
  • Strong design skills with an eye for colour, materials, and current style trends.
