We're seeking an experienced and strategic Property Director to lead on the growth plans of this highly successful, growing casual dining brand across the UK. This role will involve leading a team over acquisitions, project management, construction, design and fit out of new openings, as well as an investment program for existing site renovations.


You'll lead a talented, engaged, internal team, in a business where a people first culture is top of the agenda, and your leadership style will be authentic, collaborative, and humble.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the planning and delivery of new opening and current estate investment, ensuring seamless execution of projects
  • Build and manage a robust growth pipeline
  • Lead a skilled team of property professionals, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
  • Oversee property, construction, and brand relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ESG principles


The person:


A strategic thinking Property Director with a proven track record of delivering projects, on time and on budget through a highly engaged and capable team. With strong project management skills, excellent communication and negotiating skills, and an inspirational leadership style, you be the expert on all things property and have a proactive approach, determined to get stuck in and make things happen


Your experience will come from the hospitality or retail space. Please note this is a national role with a London office base. As we are going into the Christmas period, responses may take a little longer than usual, please bear with us
