Hobson Prior is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a Senior position to oversee the management of various products within the OTC therapy area. The successful candidate will develop regulatory strategies, prepare applications, and support ongoing maintenance activities to ensure compliance and successful product registrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory applications for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and food supplements.
  • Ensure all products comply with local regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to product development teams.
  • Review and approve product claims, labeling, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor regulatory authority review processes and maintain communication with health authorities.
  • Stay updated on current regulatory legislation and communicate changes to relevant teams.
  • Support internal and external audits and inspections.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory classifications including Medicinal Products, Cosmetics, Commodities, and Medical Devices.
  • Understanding of regulatory, medical, safety, and quality requirements in relevant markets.
  • Proficiency in English.
