One of Scotland's rapidly growing commercial practices is determined to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team in Glasgow or Edinburgh office on a full-time permanent basis. Hybrid working set up of 3 in the office and 2 days at home.


The role

The role involves investigating cases at the pre-litigation stage, gathering evidence, and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation.


You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to historical abuse and injuries resulting from violent crimes or harassment.


Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity, and empathy.



The Candidate

Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?


Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?


Have you carried out first hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
