Rajasthan Studio is a unique travel boutique that offers curated art experiences in the culturally vibrant region of Rajasthan, India. We believe in creating memorable journeys beyond traditional tourism, immersing travellers in this enchanting destination's art, history, and local traditions.


Position Overview:

We seek a passionate and dynamic individual to join us as a Volunteer at an International Travel Fair at our upcoming event in London. As a Stall Representative, you will play a key role in showcasing the distinctive offerings of Rajasthan Studio and engaging with potential customers to convey the essence of our travel experiences.


Schedule of the Event:

5th to 7th November 2023


Responsibilities:

  1. Pitching and Presenting: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Rajasthan Studio's travel experiences to event attendees.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with visitors, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information about our unique art-focused travel packages.
  3. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Rajasthan Studio with enthusiasm and passion, embodying the essence of our brand and fostering positive connections with potential clients.
  4. Lead Generation: Actively generate leads by encouraging visitors to express interest in our travel experiences and providing follow-up information.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential customers to help enhance our offerings and tailor our services to meet customer expectations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with promotional strategies and achieve overall event objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for travel, art, and cultural experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively engage with event attendees.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
