Job Summary…..

Reporting to the Senior Scientist, in this full-time position, you will oversee the Clinical Trials Sample Handling Laboratory and manage a team of skilled laboratory staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling, processing, and storage of clinical trial samples, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the expansion and enhancement of our laboratory facilities, ensuring we continue to met the growing demands of our research activities.

 

Key Responsibilities……..

·        Compliance and reporting

 

Qualifications and Experience……..

The ideal candidate would have minimum of 3 years’ of laboratory experience, preferably in a clinical trials or research setting, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline i.e biology, chemistry, medical technology. This role would suit someone with strong leadership skills and team management abilities, who has excellent organisational and project management skills. Must be proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software.
