Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the development and growth of high-precision delivery devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and management of complex product lines, aligning with the company's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s vision and market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept through to launch, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and execute go-to-market plans.
  • Customer Insights: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and integrate these insights into product enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics, including sales and customer satisfaction, to guide strategic decisions and adjustments.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably within high-precision delivery devices or related industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of product development, market analysis, and strategic planning in a technology-driven environment.
  • Skills: Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and managing complex product portfolios.
