The Role


To manage all functions of the transport operation within the waste collection and street cleansing fleet, ensuring a full and effective control is placed upon the management of the fleet and the company’s operator licence. You will work closely with the other transport managers in a joined up approach. The position is the focal point for the provision, use and safety of vehicles and plant and their operators. Ensuring that all functions related to the law and legislation of the operator licence are met and procedures and instructions are disseminated and followed.


Experience


  • A background in waste collection /Operations desirable
  • Standard National road transport CPC min
  • Ability to accommodate flexible working patterns
  • Clean license with a C category preferable
