Your Key Responsibilities 🔐
- Lead the End-to-End Design Journey – Take charge of design projects from concept through to final implementation, creating seamless, engaging experiences.
- Build Engaging Interfaces – Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that meet user needs while aligning with our business goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into reality.
- Research and Iterate – Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure your designs meet user expectations and make impactful improvements.
- Champion the User Experience – Advocate for design choices that enhance usability, engagement, and brand consistency across all products.
What We're Looking For 🔍
- Product Design Expertise – Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work on user-centric digital products.
- Tool Proficiency – Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Deep UX Knowledge – Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
- Research Skills – Experienced in conducting user research and applying insights to improve product designs.
- Strong Communication – Able to effectively articulate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Mission-Driven Mindset – A genuine desire to create products that make a positive impact on health and care; skills in motion design and digital brand are a plus
