Salt have partnered with an innovative Creative Agency to find them a UI-focused Product Designer. They're at the forefront of innovation when it comes to digital experiences, and are looking for a collaborative Product Designer to help bring their clients' brands and experiences to life.


This is an amazing opportunity to join an agency at the forefront of AI, inclusion, and innovation. They work with an all-star list of household name clients, and are all about making a difference to the products they work on. They're winning awards for the work that they're doing, and working on a lot of the problems that everyone is already talking about.


As a midweight Product Designer, you'll be working on a wide range of client projects across Websites, Apps, Chatbots, Voice Technology, AR/VR experiences, and more. They have an interesting creative pipeline from their parent agency, as well as a more strategy-driven pipeline from their organic clients for online and digital ecosystems.


So, what are they looking for?


  • 3+ years' experience in Product/UI Design, preferably B2C.
  • Proven experience across a range of Web and App products.
  • A demonstratable knack for creative expression beyond just following guidelines.
  • Experience contributing to and maintaining Design Systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile workflows.
  • The ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
  • Bonus points for a knowledge and interest in AI technology, its role both in the design process and in product experiences.
  • Confidence, personality, and a desire to make a mark


This is a full-time, Permanent, hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the London office. The company have a great culture and get involved in a lot of "extracurricular" projects, as well as offering enhanced parental leave, and a clear pipeline for progression.
