About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Resourcing team. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on various platforms.
- Managing applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview schedules.
- Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts, and on-boarding documentation.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and HR systems.
- Conducting pre-employment checks, such as right-to-work verification and reference requests.
- Handling recruitment-related enquiries from candidates and employees.
- Supporting the Resourcing team with general administrative tasks when required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a recruitment or office administration role (desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
