We are working with a cutting edge, Guildford based oncology diagnostic company that has an FDA approved breakthrough in the collection of circulating tumour cells. With just a small blood sample their technology can provide real-time updates on the development of metastatic cancers and enable personalised therapeutics.

How fulfilling would your work be if you knew you could help cancer patients be provided with regular, un-invasive, and state-of-the-art diagnostics to enable constant personalised medicine?

The ground-breaking liquid biopsy biotech is looking to hire Laboratory Technicians to support their crucial research and product development efforts. You will ensure the smooth running of the labs while working with and learning from exceptional scientists developing diagnostics for patients suffering from late-stage cancers.

You will:


• Undertake PCR and Next Generation Sequencing Assays


• Help efficient and effective operations of the lab by ensuring quality compliance.


• Monitor stocks, place stock orders, process orders.


• Undertake equipment (including on their revolutionary diagnostic technologies), maintenance, calibration, and arrange servicing.


• Prepare solutions, handle potentially dangerous chemicals safely, and help develop SOPs
