Solution Architect


La Fosse are partnered with a leading consumer goods organisation to recruit a Solution Architect for a multi-year transformation initiative, focusing on Trade Promotion Management. The role will involve collaborating with business teams, markets, SI partners, and software/platform/data suppliers to architect and deliver a scalable solution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand TPM requirements and user expectations.
  • Architect TPM solutions in partnership with SI partners and technology suppliers.
  • Lead technology selection and evaluation processes, providing build vs. buy guidelines.
  • Ensure foundational infrastructure is in place for a seamless, scalable TPM solution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, data science, and business development.


Experience Required:

  • Expertise in building and delivering solutions in the consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with leading TPM software, specifically Salesforce TPM.
  • Understanding of promotion planning, forecasting, budgeting, and trade spend management.
  • Experience integrating TPM platforms with CRM, ERP, SCM, and BI tools.
  • Strong data integration skills, with knowledge of master data management principles.
  • Proven experience in digital and data product delivery in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in selecting and configuring cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-region business environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.


This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week required in the client's London office.
