Sales Leader – Net New Business

India or United Kingdom


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our IT services organization. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by targeting net new business opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, and India. This position will be based out of India or the UK and will oversee our sales teams in these regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure net new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales teams based in India and those targeting net new business in Europe, the Middle East, Singapore, and India.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align sales strategies for net new business with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage complex customer negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Stay updated with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader for net new business in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and lead a diverse sales team across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools. Willing to travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
