YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :


As a part of an international and multicultural team, you will be reporting to the EMEA Associate Director Finance. You will be in charge of :

General accounting:

  • Prepares and closes general ledger on a monthly basis
  • Reconciles general ledger balance sheet accounts as well as subsidiary ledgers
  • Reconciles bank accounts
  • Prepares tax filings (mainly VAT)
  • Works on specific year-end documentation

Account Receivable :

  • Involves in routine Accounts Receivables duties such as invoicing, filing and data entry.
  • Responsible for contacting clients and obtaining information for payments.

Account Payable:

  • Involves in routine Accounts Payables duties such as receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices; vendor payments, expense reports, filing and data entry.

CONTRACT DETAILS :


  • Starting date : As soon as possible.
  • End of contract : November 2025.
