Position Summary


The purpose of this position is to own and manage a client portfolio, in partnership with the Global Programme, Creative and Strategy portfolio in order to drive revenue and margin growth.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results


• Own the process and final product output for the portfolio, be the specialist product owner for the client.

• Owner and architect of all gates, risk and commercial controls to run the portfolio for best utlisation, workflows, and delivery.

• Own and track margins and optimisation solutions for the portfolio, ultimately delivering to the target VCM

• Motivate, Train and Lead the Project Managers to elevate their impact on the total business.

• Be the creative quality gate ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of all work flowing through the portfolio.


Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements


This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.

• Deep experience in Design and/or Advertising Agency.

• Experience managing mutli-level, project management teams.

• Strong experience running large programmes of work.

• Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly portfolio results.

• Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a portfolio leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.

• Proven ability to exercise personal discipline, discretion, and appropriate emotional management.


Travel Requirements


Travel is required on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis; international travel can be monthly or quarterly.
