This firm specialises in HNW individuals, they are notorious for acting for well-known public figures, politicians, celebrities and people in the public eye.
They have a strong International reach with several different desks in the firm catering for their HNW clientele. The international practice continues to grow year on year, with the firm very active in the City of London as well.
What really strikes us about this firm is their pure entrepreneurial and commercial culture. They house some very well-respected Partners who are listed as leaders in both the L500 and Chambers guides. You will work side on side with rain makers, not only giving you excellent technical experience but equipping you with the skills to be a business generator.
You will find excellent team spirit across the board with good synergy between different departments with a constant healthy flow of cross referrals.
The role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Family Senior Associate into their Guildford, Surrey office.
You will be joining one of the top family departments in the county, many of departments clients are International families with significant assets, with a large proportion in the public eye. This department has pioneered a cross-disciplinary approach to family law, working closely alongside experts in the tax, trusts, immigration, property and private client departments.
You will deal with an excellent quality of work, lots of which will be high value and often complex. You will be supported by Lawyers who are Nationally regarded for their level of expertise. The caseload will include; Divorce and ancillary relief, Pre-nuptial agreements, Mediation and some private children work.
The role comes with good prospects for progression.
Requirements
- You will be a Senior Family Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
- You will have good technical knowledge
- Experience of dealing with high-value matters will be to advantage
- You should be working for a well-known family department
- Excellent communication skills are essential
