Position: Full-Time Receptionist/Property Assistant

Location: Kinross

Salary: Competitive, based on experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Property Assistance: Support our Estate Agency manager with dealing with enquiries, booking viewings and general administration.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications:
