Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics/ data and ROI reporting 
  • Search Engine Optimisation 
  • Social media management; including content creation, social media advertising, and management of Hootsuite
  • Hitting monthly sales targets by lead generation, working alongside our Client Care Team
  • Creation of graphics using Canva
  • Blog and website updates
  • Manage PPC campaigns directly, or working with an external agency
  • Working alongside other team member to deliver any other needed marketing for the business
  • Working alongside Heads of departments to deliver marketing efforts monthly meetings


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Positive, can-do attitude 
  • Passionate about each and every project undertaken

  • Analytical thinker and creative
  • Proven track record in similar role and the ability to turn their hand to a variety of tasks 
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and personable

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, Wordpress, Zapier, Hootsuite, and Canva).
  • Previous experience in a law firm is a bonus but not essential – a willingness to learn is important as full training to operate our new web system will be given but existing skills and experience in digital marketing is essential. This is not a role for graduates.
  • We offer hybrid working, with working in our Hamilton office. You will be expected to attend team meetings where possible in person and be comfortable on video calls.

 

Regular meetings with Sales and Head of Departments are crucial to ensure we are on track to hit targets with quality leads. You will liaise between the heads of department, the head of our sales team and our external suppliers and may also be involved in business development.

 

There is flexibility within the job role to provide expertise in one or more areas. We are looking for someone who has experience in leading digital marketing campaigns with a good understanding of communications and marketing channels and how to deploy them effectively to meet business objectives. You will establish and maintain close and productive relationships with key internal and external contacts and be able to lead multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of effective communications and marketing campaigns.
