The Role

As a Business Development Manager for Leadership Development and Coaching, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. This is more than just sales; it’s about connecting organizations with the tools, expertise, and programs they need to transform their teams and achieve their vision.

  • Leadership: proven track record of effective leadership in sales; ability to flourish in a matrix environment, be ready to build a sales team within Leadership & Coaching.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a global client base across multiple industries.
  • Promote and sell Impel’s Leadership Development and Coaching programs, including leadership assessments, tailored training initiatives, and development workshops.
  • Identify client needs and design customized solutions that align with their leadership and team-building goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Impel Talent’s leadership team to shape and refine our offerings.
  • Build lasting relationships with HR, operations, and supply chain leaders to position Impel Talent as their go-to partner for leadership development.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations that showcase the measurable impact of our programs.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and the latest innovations in leadership coaching and team development.


What You Bring

  • A proven track record in business development, preferably in leadership development, training, or coaching services. (Other services focused around HR, or C-Level stakeholders also can be considered)
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.
  • Passion for helping organizations and teams achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Experience working in or selling to sectors such as Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Space & Technology, and FMCG is a plus.
