Mechanical Fitter

Location: Horsham

Salary: Up to £33,000

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the assembly and testing of precision-engineered systems for defence and security applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components in accordance with engineering specifications
  • Work from detailed technical drawings and schematics
  • Conduct functional testing and quality checks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or defence environment is preferred
