Location: Stoke OR Taunton (3 days in office)
Position Type: 3 month contract outside IR35
Salary: £300-400 per day
Finatal is on a search for a Finance Business Partner to join a profitable professional services business. The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic Finance Business Partner to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.
You would be an integral part of the finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and report into the FP&A director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, receive mentorship and development, and be a key growth driver in an exciting and market-leading business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance across different functions and identify areas for improvement.
- Business partnering with various teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Optimize existing processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial modelling
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
