Your Role:
As an Area Specification Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and managing commercial specification projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in Heat Networks, HIUs, and up-to-date legislation/regulations such as HNTAS and CIBSE CP1 will be invaluable in helping us deliver outstanding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present our industry-leading specification product range to key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of product benefits for new build and retrofit projects.
- Generate project specifications and provide expert technical advice.
- Guide projects from design through to completion, ensuring optimal solutions.
- Deliver CPD seminars and technical presentations to educate and inform.
- Offer on-site installation and operational support.
- Stay ahead of competitors by understanding the market and effectively positioning our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of enquiries and orders.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record in specification and sales within the H&V market sector.
- The ability to discuss technical information confidently and clearly.
- Experience working with M&E Consultants, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Developers, and Contractors.
- An engineering qualification, technical knowledge, or background in heating and ventilation (H&V).
- A team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Excellent presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google, and familiarity with CRM/database tools.
