Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Future Build Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable medium-sized London-centric restoration and external refurbishment contractor.


The company is seeking a Site Manager for the second phase of an external refurbishment and roofing project of a high-end mansion block in Knightsbridge. With the scaffold already up, the scope of works will include a new flat roof, concrete and brick repairs, stone cleaning, and some internal decorations to communal areas. As the lead Site Manager, you will oversee a site team comprising a tenant liaison officer and an assistant site manager. The value of this project is currently £2 million and it is due to run for 10 months, with future projects available with the company thereafter.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the second phase of an external refurbishment and roofing project
  • Managing the installation of a new flat roof and overseeing concrete and brick repairs
  • Supervising stone cleaning and internal decoration of communal areas
  • Leading and managing the site team, including a tenant liaison officer and an assistant site manager
  • Ensuring the project meets deadlines and quality standards
  • Maintaining safety standards and compliance on site
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and reporting on project progress


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an SMSTS qualification
  • Certified in First Aid
  • Possesses a Black CSCS card (desirable)
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills
  • Has experience in external refurbishment and roofing projects
